Will Vought - East Coast

Case Manager & Recovery Coach

Will Vought is a Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) and a Certified Addition Recovery Coach (CARC).  He has been working with Silverbell Coaching since 2015, overseeing a number of successful cases across the country. His methods stem from personal experience with sobriety which has given him a deep ability to empathize and relate to whomever he’s working with.

Will holds degrees in both Communication Theory and Political Science from Goucher College and the Peabody Institute at Johns Hopkins University. He also served as a While House Staffer in the West Wing Under President Clinton.

He is the author of the forthcoming book No One is Listening which focuses on the founder and CEO of a well-known addiction treatment center in Los Angeles.


Miranda Marsh - London

Global Director of Communications

Miranda has trained and worked with experts and coaches through SilverBell Coaching and joined the team in 2016. Her background is in art psychotherapy from Goldsmith’s University in London. 

Her own experiences and journey have informed her coaching style and outlook on recovery. Her natural creative abilities contribute to her strategic thinking, adaptability, and customization that keeps client needs central to planning as a recovery companion. 

Maks Ezrin - East Coast

Co-Founder Youth Prevention Mentors

Maks and Natasha established Youth Prevention Mentors in 2018 recognizing a need for a youth youth focused program to mitigate risk and increase prevention.

Maks is a Certified Addiction Recovery Coach (CARC) and certified with Connecticut Community for Addiction Recovery (CCAR). He attended Trinity College and graduated from George Washington University with a focus on Philosophy. 

As a New York City native, and his personal experience with recovery, Maks has great insight and ability to work with a variety of clients in different capacities. 

YPM is dedicated to mitigating risk and increasing prevention of substance abuse among teenagers.

Chris McDonnell - East Coast

Case Manager & Recovery Coach

Chris is a Certified Addiction Recovery Coach (CARC) and focuses on helping clients regain a sense of self by developing resilience and confidence to reclaim their lives. He joined SilverBell Coaching in 2016 and has been able to apply his knowledge of 20+ years of recovery to helping others as a coach and care manager. 

Chris is driven to help individuals discover a sense of true purpose by offering a curated, case-by-case approach to self- improvement.
