Will Vought - East Coast

Care Manager

Will Vought is a CASAC and CARC certified sober coach and companion. His work is grounded in long term sustainability and abstinence. His methods stem from personal experience with sobriety which has given him a deep ability to empathize and relate to whomever he’s working with.

Will works with a network of clients across the country. He is the author of the forthcoming book No One is Listening which focuses on the founder and CEO of a well known addiction treatment center in Los Angeles. A former staffer in the West Wing of the White House serving under President Clinton, Will holds degrees in both Communication Theory and Political Science from Goucher College and the Peabody Institute at Johns Hopkins University.

Miranda Marsh - London

Care Manager

Miranda Marsh is a 27-year-old life/recovery coach and sober companion based in London, UK. Through the Recovery Coaching Academy she shadowed numerous experts and seasoned coaches to become an educated asset to those beginning their own journey in recovery. Presently she is studying art psychotherapy at Goldsmith’s University.

Having battled through her own journey of alcoholism, drug addiction and eating disorders Miranda was guided willingly to embrace the world of recovery. She is now in her seventh year of sobriety. Sober companionship is her true calling, giving her life real purpose. Miranda has worked with clients of all ages. She is adaptable in any environment, eager to pivot and customize to a client’s needs.

Maks Ezrin - East Coast

Youth Prevention Mentor

Youth Prevention Mentor Maks received his recovery coach certification through CARC and CCAR (Connecticut Community for Addiction Recovery) and holds a degree from George Washington university. He has worked with countless individuals as a sober coach, ranging from extended stay overnight visits, drug testing, financial/career advising, light coaching, and 24-hour coaching.

After a near fatal overdose while in his early 20s Maks recognized that he was given a second chance at life. He immediately surrendered, reaching out to a network of sober individuals back in New York. From there he began attending meetings and adopting a new way of life. His sobriety date is September 24, 2016.

In addition to his work with SilverBell Coaching, Maks and Natasha recently started Youth Prevention Mentors (YPM). YPM is dedicated to mitigating risk and increasing prevention of substance abuse among teenagers.

Chris McDonnell - East Coast

Care Manager, Recovery Coach

With nearly 20 years in recovery, Chris has worked as a coach and companion from Malibu to Manhattan helping men regain a sense of self and develop the strength and confidence to reclaim their lives and flourish like never before. Offering a variety of case by case approaches to self- improvement, Chris finds great joy in helping discover an individual’s sense of true purpose. It has been a source of great personal satisfaction to have served as a coach and care manager for Silverbell Coaching for the past three years.
