SBC Client and Partner Testimonials

On the next journey with Adam, I’d like to highlight a professional program that we worked on together within my organization. I was tasked with putting together a cross-divisional mentoring program and had done one iteration of the program during my coach training. I pondered ways in which I could make the program better for the second cohort, and that’s when I thought, I need a wingperson to help co-facilitate (a group of 50 is a lot to manage on your own). I joined forces with Adam on the program and our collaboration far-exceeded what I thought was possible. The participants enjoyed the humor, rawness, honesty, authenticity, empathy and thought provoking dialogue that he brought to the table. For me, it was so wonderful to work alongside a seasoned professional with a Non-Corporate background. This journey I would call Yin & Yang.
Adam has now evolved into a great friend and sparring partner as we both move deeper and deeper into the coaching and developmental space. I’m thankful to know I have someone like him in my corner for support.

Adam is one of the best coaches I’ve had work with me. He brings an integrity, understanding, and experience that is invaluable. He puts his heart and soul into his work and the enthusiasm is contagious. I value Adam as both a person and a coach, and would have him work with any of my family and friends.

The care Natasha provides is personalized and effective, given with love, respect and nurturing. She also has an invaluable sober community…

As a mother of a daughter who struggles with addiction, I have passionately tried to find her good aftercare to support her sobriety and continued growth. After many disappointing tries at “highly recommended” ones, I became very disheartened with the possibility that my daughter would ever find excellent aftercare, Then we were blessed with an amazing referral – Natasha at Silverbell Coaching. From the moment we met her, we had renewed hope. The care she provides is personalized and effective, given with love, respect and nurturing. She also has an invaluable sober community which gives my daughter even more support. I cannot express any more emphatically the relief and comfort I now feel that my daughter is under the care of Natasha and her team. Thank you Natasha for your wisdom, experience and love!!
– A Grateful Mom

Working with Natasha has brought my recovery to a level I failed to know existed…I started working with Natasha with some sobriety time already under my belt, but I was still lost. I knew what I wanted to do, but I was directionless. Natasha has helped me organize my goals, make them attainable, and take the steps in order to become closer to being the person I feel that I set-out to be. She has helped me better implement these tools I have learned in sobriety towards resolving: work issues, family problems, relationship trust issues, and everything else that I needed work on. She has a genuine and cohesive approach that makes my “end of the world problems” feel less scary. I am grateful for Natasha’s presence and influence in my recovery and I am excited to see what’s ahead.

Natasha held a safe space for me to explore all of my feelings and fears. She supported me and encouraged me while never telling me what to do… My journey led me to the heart wrenching truth that my marriage was not working for me. Our two young children were holding us together. The thought of leaving my marriage was extremely overwhelming and confusing. I was consumed by indecision and fear of emotional and financial insecurity. It wasn’t until I started working with Natasha that I was able to move in a new direction. Natasha held a safe space for me to explore all of my feelings and fears. She supported me and encouraged me while never telling me what to do. As it became clearer that I wanted to move forward with a divorce, Natasha provided me with all of the resources I needed for my family and was available to me at all times. Natasha’s warmth, genuine care and overall presence has played such a significant role in transitioning into my new life.

Natasha’s unconditional love, hope and compassion helped me through a very difficult period in my life. I had become extremely depressed and it was one of the darkest periods of my life. I began to drink heavily and became suicidal in my own mind, although I did not act on it…because of Natasha’s light, encouragement and patience, I was able to recover and began to see the light at the end of the tunnel…I am now really happy and am a new person.

Natasha encouraged and empowered me by reminding me that I didn’t have to do anything that I wasn’t ready for. She helped me process and prepare for difficult conversations that I needed to have in ways that no one ever has before. Above all, she gave me advice in the most patient, non-judgmental and caring way. She helped me distinguish between the things I actually wanted out of a relationship, and the things that others were pushing me to want. I learned that I don’t have to simply go along with everything suggested by someone I’m with…Natasha reminded me that my desires and concerns are important too.

Natasha is one of the most spiritual, loving and kind people in the world. She genuinely cares about helping people grow. She is a fabulous listener and has a calm about her that is contagious. Natasha draws on her own experience to connect with people and help them see where the right path is. She always gives suggestions, and never talks ‘at’ people. I can’t say enough about how amazing she is!
