GEORGIA RODMAN
Global SBC Community Director
The themes of service, study, courage and compassion define Georgia’s role as SBC Community Director–and her philosophy of life. Georgia designs SBC Community programming to capture the spirit of exploration, acceptance and adventure. From discussion circles on family relationships to immersive sound baths to restorative Meditation and Yoga Nidra, Georgia curates SBC Community offerings with a mindful approach, meeting clients where they are and embodying the message that “all parts are welcome”.
Georgia holds the SBC Community as a safe, inclusive space. The SBC Community Member Agreement ensures all members are welcome, accepted and respected. The intimate setting of the SBC Community invites and encourages members to look around, look within, and ignite that which is yet to be discovered…..or simply breathe and be.
Georgia studied arts management at the college of Charleston in South Carolina. Studies in meditation and Buddhism under the guidance of Choekyi Nyima Rinpoche in Kathmandu, Nepal complement Georgia’s professional training, from ARISE Comprehensive Care Interventionist Training to training as a Certified Addiction and Recovery Counselor.
